631bet Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Rights

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" or "631bet" — the website accessible at 631bet.best and all associated services, including Sports Betting, online casino, poker, and Crash Games.
• "User" or "Player" — any individual aged 18 or over who holds an active account with 631bet.
• "Account" — an individual profile created by the user to access 631bet's services, identified by a unique CPF.
• "Real Balance" — funds deposited by the user or won through bets, available for withdrawal at any time.
• "Bonus Balance" — credit granted by 631bet as part of promotions, subject to rollover conditions before it can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover" or "Turnover" — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into real balance.
• "Pix" — Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, available for both deposits and withdrawals on 631bet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by 631bet for withdrawals above certain amounts.

To create an account on 631bet and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration — full legal name, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and mobile phone number.
• Not be enrolled in any active sports betting self-exclusion program in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, contractor, service provider, or immediate family member of a 631bet employee.

Each user may hold only one active account at 631bet. Duplicate accounts — identified by the same CPF, email, phone number, IP address, or device — will be closed and balances may be held for verification. 631bet reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

The account at 631bet is personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

Allowing third parties to use your account, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited. 631bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence with their credentials.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately contact 631bet at suporte@631bet.best or via live chat. The platform will take appropriate measures to protect the account, including temporary blocking and password reset.

631bet may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, changes to account details, or any action that poses a security risk to the account.

The 631bet accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL):

Deposits must be made exclusively with funds belonging to the account holder. Using cards or accounts from third parties to make deposits on 631bet. Deposits identified as coming from illegal or fraudulent sources will be reversed and the account suspended for investigation.

The 631bet does not accept deposits in foreign currency. If, due to a technical error, a deposit in another currency is processed, the amount will be converted to BRL at the day's exchange rate — a scenario the platform actively works to prevent.

The real balance available in the account of 631bet may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key registered under the same name and CPF as the 631bet account holder — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Pix withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes, including weekends and public holidays.
• Bank wire transfers (TED) are processed within 1 business day. Withdrawals via boleto or credit card are not available.
• 631bet charges no fees on withdrawals. Any bank charges are the user's responsibility under their bank's own policies.

The 631bet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for new accounts or withdrawals above certain amounts. In such cases, the user must submit a photo ID (national ID card or driver's license) and a recent proof of address. The withdrawal will be processed after document validation, which takes up to 48 business hours.

Withdrawals of bonus balance are only permitted after the rollover conditions tied to the originating promotion have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus balance before completing the rollover will result in cancellation of the pending bonus balance; only the real balance will be retained.

The 631bet offers promotions and bonuses subject to specific conditions. Full terms for each bonus are available on the Promotions page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus can only be redeemed once per user (one CPF, one email, one phone number, one residential address, one device).
• The rollover — the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it converts to real balance — is always stated explicitly before you accept the bonus.
• The deadline to complete the rollover is defined per promotion and starts from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete rollover within the allotted timeframe are automatically canceled with no compensation.
• The 631bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if it identifies abusive use, collusion between accounts, or bonus arbitrage attempts.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (or the equivalent in other formats) may not count toward rollover requirements — check the specific terms of each promotion.

VIP program cashback is credited as real BRL balance — with no rollover — every Monday, based on the previous week's rake and net losses. VIP cashback cannot be combined with any other promotional cashback bonus running at the same time.

Sports Betting at 631bet cover more than 40 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), tennis, and e-sports. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled, except in specific situations covered by these terms (such as event cancellation before it begins).
• If an event is canceled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its original date, all bets on that event are refunded to the user's real balance.
• Obvious odds errors — such as odds significantly above market due to a technical fault — may be corrected by 631bet before settlement, even if the bet has already been accepted. The user will be notified and given the option to cancel the bet.
• Live (in-play) betting may be suspended during critical moments — goals, cards, penalties — while odds are recalibrated. Bets accepted before the suspension remain valid.
• The 631bet reserves the right to limit bet amounts on certain markets or for certain users in cases of abnormal behavior detected by the betting monitoring system.

Odds are displayed in decimal format. 631bet updates odds in real time based on market conditions and live match information.

The casino games available on 631bet — including slots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX), poker, Live Casino, roulette, and blackjack — operate with Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by accredited independent laboratories. Results are random and auditable.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on that game's page within the platform.
• Technical issues during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-round in Aviator — are handled according to each game's specific rules, available in the platform's help section.
• In the event of a system failure resulting in an incorrect payment, 631bet may correct the balance following a technical investigation and will notify the user at their registered email address.
• Casino bonuses have specific rollover requirements and may restrict which games are eligible for wagering — check the terms of each promotion before activating.

Using real-time assistance software during casino or poker sessions — including automated solvers, bots, or automation scripts — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 631bet:

• Creating more than one account on 631bet (duplicate accounts).
• Using a third party's personal details (CPF, email, phone number) to create or operate an account.
• Making deposits using another person's cards or bank accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play in an automated manner.
• Bonus arbitrage — the coordinated use of multiple accounts or privileged information to exploit promotions abusively.
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the platform's technical operations.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Using your 631bet account for commercial purposes — reselling bonuses, brokering bets on behalf of third parties, etc.

The 631bet actively monitors suspicious behavior patterns using automated systems and manual review. If any prohibited conduct is identified, the platform may immediately suspend the account, freeze balances pending investigation, and report to the relevant authorities in cases involving criminal activity.

The 631bet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account closure or self-exclusion requested by the user.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of a third party's identity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months with no activity of any kind.
• Order from a competent authority.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, any real BRL balance will be preserved and returned to the user once the investigation concludes with no irregularities found. If an account is closed due to a confirmed terms violation, bonus balances are cancelled and real balances may be withheld depending on the severity of the breach.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via support chat or by emailing suporte@631bet.best. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix following the closure request, processed within up to 3 business days.

The 631bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user — betting is an entertainment activity that carries inherent financial risk.
• User internet connection failures that result in a lost bet or an incomplete withdrawal.
• Actions by third parties who access the user's account due to the user's own negligence with their credentials.
• Changes to sporting events — such as substitutions, VAR decisions, or referee rulings — that affect the outcome of bets already placed.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical failures.

Under no circumstances shall the liability of 631bet for damages to the user resulting from a technical failure on the platform will not exceed the amount of the user's available balance at the time of the incident.

The 631bet collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Collected data is used exclusively for:

• Identity and eligibility verification (KYC).
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.
• Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering.
• Personalizing your experience on the platform.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

The 631bet does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Under the LGPD, users have the following guaranteed rights: access to collected data, correction of inaccurate data, data portability, deletion of personal data (except where legal retention obligations apply), and withdrawal of consent.

The 631bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. The following tools are available to all users and can be accessed through account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period (cooling-off period).
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period. Once the limit is reached, additional bets will be automatically blocked until the next period begins.
• Temporary break: account access blocked for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, with immediate effect.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registration. Any available real BRL balance is returned via Pix.

The 631bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with at least 7 days in advance via the registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of 631bet's services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date — your real BRL balance will be refunded in full.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available at 631bet.best/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of 631bet that cannot be resolved through customer support will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The 631bet encourages the amicable resolution of any disputes before resorting to legal action. To file a formal complaint, users must contact us at suporte@631bet.best with the subject line "Formal Complaint", describing the situation in detail. 631bet commits to responding within 5 business days with a proposed resolution.

In the event of a conflict between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any translation in another language, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
